Fully Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Changes to Bookings: Modifications to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
