Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

These terms govern private transport and group charter services provided by HG Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd (SSM: 201801042953, KPK License: KPK/LN 10974, APAD Permit: BP202601280341831312).

1. Bookings & Confirmation

All private hire and charter bookings confirmed via WhatsApp or website quotation are subject to vehicle availability and finalized scheduling agreements.

2. Cross-Border Immigration & Customs

  • Passengers must hold valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and appropriate entry visas for Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Passengers are responsible for their individual baggage contents and compliance with customs regulations.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation (no charge).
  • Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Within 12 hours of pickup or no-show: 100% fee applies.

4. Operator Liability

All transfers are operated under our valid APAD Bus Persiaran and licensed tourist transport provisions. We are not liable for transit delays arising from severe weather, border checkpoint congestion, or official authority directives.
